Jadrian Tracey won’t be coming back to Oregon after all.
The Ducks guard, who less than two weeks ago said he was returning to UO in 2025-26, entered the transfer portal on Wednesday, according to 247Sports.
In his second season at UO, Tracey averaged 6.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 21.3 minutes per game in 16 starts over 35 games this season. He shot 47.9% from the field, including 34% from three, and 69% from the free throw line.
Tracey, who did not immediately respond to a message, will be entering his sixth-year senior season, with the possibility for an additional year of eligibility pending the NCAA’s ruling on former junior college players whose eligibility clocks are yet to be exhausted.
He is the second UO player to enter the transfer portal this offseason, joining forward Mookie Cook.
Tracey’s departure leaves UO with seven scholarship players in 2025-26, with pending decisions from forward Kwame Evans Jr. and guard Jackson Shelstad.
