‘Three-peat coming’ – Super Bowl 59 jerseys revealed and superstitious fans think Chiefs already have huge advantage over Eagles

The Super Bowl LIX jerseys are locked in.
The Kansas City Chiefs will wear their away white jerseys in next month's big game while the Philadelphia Eagles will rock their patented midnight green.
The Eagles are the designated home team due to the February 9 showpiece being played in New Orleans, an NFC host market.
Philly decided to wear its signature green home color, the same color they've worn in all of their previous four Super Bowl appearances.
However, fans already think that was a big mistake, pointing to the Eagles' record in those games.
The Eagles have worn green in all four of their previous Super Bowl appearances, winning only once in Super Bowl LII.
Philly is 1-3 all-time in the Super Bowl, with one of the losses coming two years ago in Super Bowl LVII when the white-wearing Chiefs recorded a 38-35 victory in Glendale, Arizona.
It makes for even bleaker viewing when you realize the Eagles are 0-3 in Super Bowls when they choose to wear green -- the keyword being 'choose', rather than having it enforced upon them by the other team's choice of uniform.
In fact, there's a significant advantage for teams wearing white in the annual showpiece.

Teams wearing white are 16-4 in the past 20 Super Bowls, and 19-4 over the past 23 seasons.
The only teams to win the Super Bowl in the last decade wearing a color other than white are the Chiefs -- who wore red in Super Bowl LIV and LVIII -- and the Eagles -- who wore green in Super Bowl LII.
Overall, teams wearing white are 37-21 in the Super Bowl, leading fans to believe it's very much advantage Chiefs for Super Bowl LIX.
"Three-peat coming soon," wrote one fan.
"Always bet on the white jerseys no matter what," another wrote.
However, the Eagles will take some comfort from the fact the Chiefs wore white in their 35-10 loss to the Green Bay Packers in the first Super Bowl.
Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are bidding to become the first team in the Super Bowl era to win three consecutive world championships.
We'll see if they can secure the three-peat and create history on 9 February when Super Bowl LIX kicks off at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
